The departure location of the 75-minute Harbor Tour is Parkhaven across from the Euromast.

The departure location of the Classic Harbor Cruise 90 minutes is Boompjeskade near Erasmusbrug.

You can book a ticket easily through this website. You can also buy tickets at the ticket desk at the Parkhaven (on the ship De Zwarte Zwaan). Combination tickets can only be booked and paid for online.

There is no possibility of refund when cancelling tickets, reducing the number of persons and arriving late. Moving tickets to another date is possible up to 5 days before the cruise. This can be done by phone or email.

After you pay for your tickets, you will receive an email from us immediately. This e-mail is your ticket for the canal cruise. You do not need to print the ticket. If you have booked combination tickets, you do need to print the ticket as a ticket for the other activity.

There is a bar on board where you can order drinks and snacks. These are not included in the entrance fee. On board you can pay by PIN or credit card.

For the 75-minute Harbor Tour, you can park at the Parkhaven across from the Euromast.

For the Classic Harbour Cruise 90 minutes you can park in Parking garage Boompjes.

For the 75-minute Harbor Tour, you can board in a wheelchair or with a walker. The boat is wheelchair friendly and there is a special wheelchair elevator. To get to the restrooms, you need to take a small flight of stairs.

For the Classic Harbour Tour 90 minutes, the ship has limited access for disabled people. Boarding with a wheelchair is not possible.

There is a ladies' and men's restroom on board.

Pets are not allowed on board.
