De vertreklocatie van de Havenrondvaart 75 minuten is Parkhaven tegenover de Euromast.

Een ticket reserveer je gemakkelijk via deze website. Je kunt tickets ook kopen bij de ticketbalie op de Parkhaven (op het schip The Boat Bar). Combinatietickets kun je alleen online reserveren en betalen.

There is no possibility of refund when cancelling tickets, reducing the number of persons and arriving late. Moving tickets to another date is possible up to 5 days before the cruise. This can be done by phone or email.

After you pay for your tickets, you will receive an email from us immediately. This e-mail is your ticket for the canal cruise. You do not need to print the ticket. If you have booked combination tickets, you do need to print the ticket as a ticket for the other activity.

There is a bar on board where you can order drinks and snacks. These are not included in the entrance fee. On board you can pay by PIN or credit card. You can find the menu here.

For the 75-minute Harbor Tour, you can park at the Parkhaven across from the Euromast.

For the Classic Harbour Cruise 90 minutes, you can park at Parkbee Parking Oostplein.

Je kunt aan boord gaan in een rolstoel of met rollator. De boot is rolstoelvriendelijk en er is een speciale rolstoellift. Om bij de toiletten te komen, dien je een klein trapje te nemen.
