Surprise Factory
Do you have a voucher from Surprise Factory? Then follow the steps below to make a reservation with your voucher(s).
Prerequisites:
- Not valid on holidays, on combination tickets and in conjunction with other discount offers.
- Advance reservations are required using the unique code printed on your voucher.
- The voucher is valid only for the date and departure time for which you have reserved. If you did not board, you cannot use the voucher another time.
Make a reservation:
In the 'discount code' box, enter the unique code. You do this per person. The unique code can be found on your voucher of Surprise Factory. Each unique code can be used once.
